Martinez Renewable Fuels investments in our community – looking back and looking ahead
Community News
During the holiday season, we traditionally turn our attention toward our friends and neighbors, making a special effort to meet the needs of others. At Marathon Petroleum’s Martinez Renewable Fuels, we are looking forward to a holiday season of working together as a community. It’s also an occasion for us to look back on our community investments to consider where we’ve made a difference throughout the year. So far this year, Marathon Martinez Renewable Fuels has invested over $800,000 in its communities through more than 50 organizations. We have concentrated our community investments in three areas, shown on this chart:
“We’re grateful to be part of the East Bay Area, and to have so many wonderful community partners,” said Scott Hanks, general manager of Martinez Renewable Fuels. “We look forward to continuing to work toward improving people’s lives with the help of our neighbors and these dedicated organizations.”
